Shipping policy

Delivery to the United Kingdom

We offer free tracked delivery on all UK orders, with a Premium Delivery option for faster shipping.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch orders at weekends.

Once the order has been placed, we will not be able to cancel it. If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible at info@orionaoficial.com. Once your order has been processed, we will not be able to make any changes.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Estimated delivery times for UK orders, from dispatch:

• Free Delivery: 3 to 5 business days.
• Premium Delivery: 1 to 3 business days, with transit insurance, tracking and priority handling.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress.
